MiG-35

This new MiG is a highly improved version of the MiG-29, with a thrust-vectoring engine that uses fly-by-wire technology. This fighter is more agile, has greatly increased range, improved avionics, and a wider range of weapons systems. The aircraft has eight weapon pylons, and is capable of mid-air refueling, or carrying up to three external fuel tanks. The MiG-35 is a serious contender for a bid of multirole fighters to be obtained by the Indian Air Force. One of several other countries it may be sold to is Iran.
